We’re Staffing Two New Stores

Goodwill is opening two new retail locations in Charlotte this summer – one on Wendover Road and another in Camfield Corners – and we need to hire both manager and frontline positions for each store!

Get Hired on the Spot

We’re hosting two in-person hiring events for each new store, and offers will be made on the spot!

  • The hiring events for our new Wendover Road store will take place Thursday, July 7, and Thursday, July 14, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at our Idlewild Road store.
  • The hiring events for our new Camfield Corners store will take place Thursday, July 14, and Thursday, August 11, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at our Pineville store.

Pay & Benefits

Goodwill team members receive great benefits including health insurance and paid time off, access to free training courses, opportunities for career advancement and competitive pay:

  • Frontline team members start at $13.50/hour
  • Shift Managers start at $16/hour
  • Assistant Store Managers start at $19.50/hour
  • Store Managers in Training start at $20.50/hour
