Goodwill’s free HVAC training program is designed to prepare participants for a career as skilled heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration mechanics and installers, without going through an entire degree program. Goodwill’s commercial HVAC training program covers the concepts technicians need to master in order to safely install, maintain and troubleshoot HVACR systems. The curriculum also teaches basic knowledge of sheet metal, welding and pipefitting. This program is taught by National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) certified instructors.
