Goodwill Construction Services is currently working on a rehabilitation project at Thomasboro Apartments, located at 1320 Thomasboro Drive in west Charlotte. The project includes the renovation of nine units, plus exterior repairs. Units will receive new electrical wiring, plumbing and central heat and air conditioning installed with the help of the team at Goodwill Construction Services.
Clients enrolled in Goodwill’s construction skills training program are completing the needed framing, demolition and interior finishes for hands-on construction experience to add to their resumes. The project is expected to be completed at the end of this month for families to start calling home.
