Craig joined Goodwill in 2012. As a Business Relationship Representative, Craig serves as part of Goodwill’s Business Relationship Management division, a team dedicated to forming lasting relationships between community members, local businesses, and sister agencies in Charlotte and the surrounding region.
Craig began his professional career in radio with Clear Channel Media and Entertainment in his home state of Wisconsin. He moved to Charlotte in 2012 looking for employment with a community organization. Craig started his career at Goodwill as a Donation Processor at the Huntersville retail store. After a year in retail, Craig joined the business relations team as an assistant and was soon promoted to Employment Specialist.
Craig was raised in DeForest, WI. He attended the University of Minnesota and has a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication.
