Commercial Carpentry Training

In Goodwill’s tuition-free Commercial Carpentry training program, you’ll learn about metal stud framing, drywall hanging and drywall finishing. When you successfully complete this program, you’ll be prepared to land a job in the carpentry industry.

About the Training

Goodwill’s Commercial Carpentry training program will help you gain the knowledge, skills and certifications you need to find an entry-level job at a step higher than the typical new hire with limited experience. The ideal graduate will be an excellent candidate for an apprenticeship position with an industry professional drywall hanger, finisher or framer. Classes take place three nights a week, giving you the flexibility you need to complete your education.
