Blueprint Reading & Estimating Training

Understanding how to follow a blueprint is a key skill many people who want to grow their construction careers need to have. Goodwill’s tuition-free Blueprint Reading & Estimating training program covers the fundamentals of reading and interpreting residential blueprints, and estimating the quantities of materials and labor required to construct a house.

About the Training

Goodwill’s Blueprint Reading & Estimating training program adds to the skills learned in our Construction Basics program as a way to enhance skills, learning and preparation for an entry-level helper position. This program offers an opportunity to acquire a ProCore certification, a project management software program used by many industry professionals. Classes take place two nights a week, giving you the flexibility you need to complete your education.
