In Goodwill’s tuition-free Certified Apartment Maintenance training program, you will learn how to manage all aspects of maintaining apartment buildings, from HVAC and electrical services to plumbing and appliance repair, and more.

In just a few months, Goodwill’s Certified Apartment Maintenance training program will equip you with the knowledge, skills and certifications you need to launch a successful career as a certified apartment maintenance technician without going through an entire degree program. Classes take place 3 nights a week, giving you the flexibility you need to complete your education.
