Benefits Cliff Community Lab
Goodwill is leading efforts in North Carolina to address the challenges of the benefits cliff — where increased earnings can result in a sudden loss of public assistance — by launching the Benefits Cliff Community Lab. This collaborative initiative brings together key partners to develop data-driven tools and solutions that inform policy and empower employers and stakeholders to support individuals and families more effectively.
