Raquel Lynch is a dynamic and accomplished executive leader in the nonprofit sector, with over two decades of experience driving strategic initiatives and fostering inclusive community impact. Her leadership journey spans key roles such as Chief Program Officer at both Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont and Crisis Assistance Ministry, where she oversaw multimillion-dollar budgets and spearheaded programs that addressed workforce development, housing insecurity, immigrant communities, and volunteer engagement. Known for her collaborative style and innovative thinking, Raquel has consistently delivered measurable outcomes for organizations ranging from $10M to $62M in revenue.

Raquel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Hofstra University and is a proud fellow of NYU Wagner IGNITE. She is also a graduate of the American Leadership Forum, the Leadership Development Initiative, and Wake Forest University’s Business Essentials for Nonprofit Organizations program.  Known for their visionary and strategic insights, Raquel is a sought-after thought leader in a variety of topics including workforce development, housing instability, financial security, and program impact.

Beyond her professional achievements, Raquel is deeply committed to civic engagement and board service. She has contributed her expertise to organizations including the North Carolina Justice Center, Charlotte Regional Data Trust, Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy, Community Building Initiative, Raices Latino Arts, and Charlotte Symphony Orchestra. Her ability to build relationships, develop impactful programs, and advocate for communities has made her a respected voice in the social sector and a catalyst for meaningful change.
