GW: A Goodwill Boutique offers affordable designer and name-brand women’s and men’s clothing, jewelry, shoes, accessories, and home decor stylized for shoppers. The product offering is tailored to those who are trendy and fashionable, with a store design and layout resembling that of specialty stores of the moment with color blocking, style stories and pairings, and a variety of home decor items.
Our original GW boutique location is in the historical Charlotte neighborhood of South End, right across from the Scaleybark light rail station. You can also visit our mini GW boutique location (GW: A Goodwill Boutique – Ballantyne-East) that’s located inside of the Ballantyne-East store.

Pricing at GW is determined by current trends of the moment, as well as by taking into account designer and brand names. Prices at GW range on average from $3.99 – $24.99.
Return Policy
GW offers store credit for eligible items (clothing, shoes, and electronics) returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for return, items must be accompanied by the original receipt, have the original tag attached, and be processed through an active Goodwill customer account. Returns are accepted at GW only.
