Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is proud to celebrate our president & CEO, Chris Jackson, who was named one of the city’s “Power 100” by the Charlotte Business Journal (CBJ).
In its inaugural Power 100 list, CBJ set out to determine the people who will drive the Charlotte region’s next stage of growth.
The editorial team at CBJ made it clear their focus wasn’t on who had the most power – but who was making the greatest impact. They wrote, “CBJ’s Power 100 focuses on the people who are exercising the power they have to make more of the region — building bigger companies, launching unique training initiatives, investing in emerging corridors, questioning the status quo, innovating and diversifying, and, most importantly, targeting ways to bring more and better jobs here.”
Congratulations, Chris, and to the other members of the Power 100! Together, we can fulfill the Goodwill vision of a community where equitable access to career opportunities is available for all.
