Priority Pickup
Goodwill has teamed up with ReSupply, a veteran-owned service, to offer priority pickups for a small fee.

Unlike standard pickups, priority pickups accept donations of all sizes and conditions—even items that aren’t sellable. This flexibility makes it easier to clear out your space while supporting Goodwill’s mission.

With ReSupply priority pickup, you pay a small fee that’s much lower than traditional movers or junk haulers. While the fee isn’t tax-deductible, the items you donate are, making it a budget-friendly option for supporting Goodwill.

Free Standard Pickup
Goodwill offers free pickup services based out of the Goodwill Opportunity Campus. Certain items, like entertainment centers, mattresses, box springs, and tube TVs, cannot be accepted.
Check if you’re eligible for free standard pickups. If so, you can schedule online or call (704) 393-6880 to speak with a representative Monday – Friday. Scheduling based on availability.
