Customer, Administrative & Business Services Training
In this free three-week course, participants build confidence and gain knowledge on job-search opportunities in customer service, call centers, administrative support and financial services. Facilitators will provide focused training on interviewing, networking and resume techniques to improve job preparedness and personal branding. This hands-on training will allow participants to practice basic computer skills, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Computer Basics (or assessment)
HOW TO REGISTER:
To enroll in a training program, come to the Goodwill Opportunity Campus so that you can meet one-on-one with a specialist who can help you get started. You don’t need an appointment – simply show up whenever it’s convenient for you.
Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
