William Hall

Director of Supply Chain & Donation Acquisition

William Joined Goodwill in 2008 and now oversees the organization’s transportation and logistics operations, as well as the recycling and e-waste division. In addition, William leads efforts to acquire donations from corporations, home pickups, and attended donation centers. He has been instrumental in developing many process improvement initiatives within his departments, including waste reduction and recycling efforts.

Prior to serving at Goodwill, William worked in various logistics management roles for Nabisco/Kraft Foods in Fort Lauderdale, FL and Charlotte, NC. He is a former Army officer who spent six years on active duty after graduating from college in 1991.

William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Alabama A&M University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He has also achieved a Lean Six Sigma green belt certification.
