Carol has a rich history in the staffing industry, having worked with various agencies since 1991. In her role as Director, Carol directly supports nine staff members and oversees the daily operations of GoodWork Staffing, a full service agency providing temporary, temp-to-hire and direct placement solutions for area businesses. In 2015, GoodWork Staffing’s revenue is expected to reach $6.8 million and will be providing over 500,000 hours of employment for GoodWork Staffing employees.
Most recently, Carol served as the Regional Sales Manager for Select Staffing, where she provided support for each Regional Manager on the east coast. Prior to her time at Select Staffing, Carol was the Director of Sales and Marketing with Debbie’s Staffing, where she was responsible for the sales and management of the four locations in the Charlotte market and provided leadership in the development of the sales strategies for all of their 20 offices.
