In Goodwill’s free Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics Certification training course, participants will learn about the importance of supply chains and the flow of goods; warehouse, distribution and fulfillment center design and operations; how to calculate key performance metrics and why they are important; safety measures, techniques, career paths and more.

Course Format

Goodwill’s free Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics Certification course is virtual. Participants will join the virtual classroom via the student training portal, and for all instructor-led sessions, participants will join the virtual classroom via Zoom to practice and apply the skills and techniques covered using group exercises and discussions.

    Course Timeframe

    Goodwill’s Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics Certification training course lasts two weeks. There are a total of 12 training hours, which includes instructor-led sessions.

    Certification Opportunities

    Upon completion of Goodwill’s Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics Certification course and successfully passing the 50-minute in-person exam, participants will receive a “Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics” certification from the National Retail Federation, in addition to a Goodwill certificate of completion.

    Prerequisite

    There are no prerequisites for this course.

    Required Technology

    • Wi-Fi for internet access
    • A computer/laptop/tablet (a cell phone is not sufficient to access course materials)
    • Webcam and microphone to participate in course exercises and discussions
