Goodwill’s free IT Operations (Business Analyst/Quality Assurance) training course prepares students to understand, analyze and enhance the quality of technological products and services. Students will conduct hands-on exercises simulating real-world scenarios, working on two projects parallel using leading methodologies in the current market.

Course Timeframe

Goodwill’s IT Operations training course lasts 14 weeks. This is a hybrid (virtual and in-person) training course. Class meets in person on Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. and virtually on Tuesdays from 6:30 – 9 p.m. Please see the course syllabus for the course timeframe and schedule.

Certification Opportunities

A CAP Project is required to achieve a certificate of completion.

Prerequisite

In order to apply to Goodwill’s IT Operations training course, you must complete an assessment and go through a selection process.

Requirements for Completion

To successfully complete Goodwill’s IT Operations training course, you must:

  • Have no more than three (3) absences
  • Present all class projects
  • Complete a final project
