Goodwill’s free IT Operations (Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Tester) training course prepares students to understand, analyze and enhance the quality of technological products and services. Students will conduct hands-on exercises simulating real-world scenarios, working on two projects parallel using leading methodologies in the current market.

Course Timeframe & Details

Goodwill’s IT Operations (Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Tester) training course lasts 14 weeks. This is a hybrid (virtual and in-person) training course. Class meets in person on Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. and virtually on Tuesdays from 6:30 – 9 p.m.

As a participant in one of Goodwill’s intensive training programs, you will be paired with a Career Navigator who will provide comprehensive and accelerated services to prepare you to advance and leverage career readiness and essential skills. They will provide ongoing career coaching activities such as resume development, elevator pitch, mock interviews and more. As you near completion of your training course, you will be connected with a member of the Employer Engagement Team for employment assistance. The Employer Engagement team partners with employers to facilitate employer led trainings, site tours, hiring events, and direct placements into high-paying industry related employment opportunities.
