In Goodwill’s free Customer Service Experience training course, participants will learn how to excel in customer service—effectively understanding the use of technology and the difference between offering services vs. providing an awesome experience.

Participants in Goodwill’s Customer Service Experience training course will explore the essential skills needed to succeed in the customer service field, learn how to continue to grow and develop those skills, and examine the importance of effective communication and body language during the customer experience, all while learning to help customers feel heard, maintain great customer relationships, develop customer service problem-solving skills and de-escalate challenging situations.

We offer this course in Charlotte at the Goodwill Opportunity Campus, at our Career Center in Gastonia and at the NC Works Career Center in Concord.
