Our Services

Job Training Programs

Goodwill offers a wide variety of industry-specific job training programs through its training division, Goodwill University. These job training programs in IT, construction and trades, and warehouse and forklift are designed to help people in our community develop the skills and receive the support they need to launch their career, and they are all offered free of charge, thanks to the community’s donations and purchases.

Career Centers

When you visit a Goodwill Career Center, you’re treated as more than just a number. You’re a person with unique skills, interests and desires. Our Career Centers offer computer access, resume review, job search support, program enrollment, family stability services, the opportunity to meet with a career navigator and more! Each Career Center is equipped with knowledgeable staff who can assist you as you work to launch your next career.

Family Stability Services

While our main focus is to provide tuition-free job training programs and employment services, we recognize that there are many factors that go into building a successful life – factors that aren’t necessarily related to employment, such as equitable access to food, transportation, healthcare and housing. Goodwill’s Family Stability services addresses these other factors and the basic needs of individuals and families through the coordination of crisis intervention services.
