We’re excited to partner with WCNC-TV (NBC Charlotte) for another year of surprise “good deeds” for several of our deserving clients at Goodwill.
Our first story features Christian, a student in our Career Leadership Academy for Youth (CLAY) program at Goodwill whose family came to the United States from the Congo. Christian is a senior at CATO Middle College High School with a 4.7 GPA, and also works part-time at our Concord retail store. He’s an exceptional student and young man, and we were thrilled to surprise him with the tools he’ll need as he heads to college this fall from our electronics store, The GRID: Powered by Goodwill.
