Priority Pickup

Goodwill has partnered with ReSupply, a veteran owned and operated pickup service, to offer priority pickups for a small fee. ReSupply offers donation pickups in 48 hours or less, and will pick up EVERYTHING that you would like to donate, regardless of staircases or disassembly. With ReSupply priority pickup, you’re charged a pickup fee that reflects operating costs and is much smaller than a typical moving company or junk hauler. The fee is not tax deductible, but the items you donate are.

Free Standard Pickup

Goodwill offers free pickup services for homes in certain zip codes. To qualify for a free home pickup, you must have a minimum of two large furniture items or appliances in sellable condition. We cannot accept certain items, including entertainment centers, mattresses, box springs or tube televisions. 

We are only able to accept donation pickups in areas where we have stores that can process large donations. The zip codes in which we can accept donation pickups are: 28031, 28036, 28078, 28079, 28104, 28105, 28134, 28207, 28210, 28211, 28226, 28262, 28269, 28270, 28273, 28277, 28278, 29708, and 29715.
