When you successfully complete this program, you’ll be prepared to immediately pursue a mid-level tech support role.

About the Training

Goodwill’s IT Support Specialist training program will equip you with the knowledge, skills and certifications you need to succeed in an IT career in just 12 weeks! Classes are offered in a hybrid format, with both virtual and in-person sessions.
